Favorite piece of fruit: His favorite piece of fruit is the classic O'Henry peach - a longtime favorite that has plenty of natural sugar, but maintains a crunchy texture. Dave likes to eat them right off of the tree, or in his daughter's peach cobbler.

Number of years in business: A third-generation grower, packer and shipper, Dave runs a family farm that has been in continuous operation since 1928. Today, Harris Farms specializes in growing organic peaches, plums and nectarines, and Dave prides himself in growing the best-tasting fruit possible.

"Organic fruit has to taste good, and Harris Farms provides just that," Dave says.
